Imprint Immigration Services Inc. (“Imprint,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is a regulated immigration consultancy based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Our principal consultant, Shirani Jenita Daniel, is registered with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) under Licence R705794. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in connection with our immigration consulting services and this website.

As a business operating in Alberta, we are subject to the Alberta Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, to the extent applicable, the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). We collect and use personal information in accordance with these laws.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your personal information to: provide immigration consulting services and prepare applications; communicate with IRCC, the IRB, and other government bodies on your behalf; respond to inquiries and book consultations; process payments; comply with legal and professional obligations as a CICC-registered consultant; and improve our website and services through analytics.

5. Disclosure of Your Information

We share your personal information only as necessary and permitted by law: with IRCC, CBSA, the IRB, and other government authorities as part of your immigration matter; with third-party service providers (e.g., Officio case management platform, payment processors) under confidentiality agreements; and with professional advisers (e.g., legal counsel) where necessary. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Retention

We retain client files for a minimum of seven years from the close of a matter, in accordance with CICC professional standards. After that period, records are securely destroyed. Website analytics data is retained for up to 26 months.

7. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. Client files are stored on encrypted, access-controlled platforms. We use SSL/TLS encryption on this website.

8. Cookies and Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to collect anonymized usage statistics. GA4 data is processed in accordance with Google’s privacy policy. You may opt out of analytics tracking by using browser tools or by adjusting your cookie preferences. We do not use marketing cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
